Consultation & Service Refunds
By purchasing and reserving a consultation, strategy session, or any creative service or productfrom A Step In Digital Wealth, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Refund requests are only eligible during the active consultation session.
- If you decide during the consultation that the service is not the right fit for your needs, you may request a refund before the consultation concludes.
- Once the consultation has ended and any edits, revisions, recommendations, strategies, deliverables, or creative work have been discussed, provided, or completed, all sales are final.
- No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be accepted after the consultation has concluded.
- By continuing with the consultation and accepting the information, recommendations, or edits provided, you acknowledge that the service has been rendered in full.
To reserve your consultation and dedicated time, a partial deposit is required at the time of booking.
If you choose not to move forward with services during or immediately following your consultation, you will receive a refund of 50% of your consultation deposit before the consultation concludes.
The remaining 50% of the deposit is non-refundable and serves as compensation for the time reserved, consultation preparation, scheduling, and professional expertise provided.
Once the consultation has concluded, or once any recommendations, strategies, edits, creative direction, or deliverables have been discussed or provided, the remaining balance becomes subject to the terms outlined above, and no additional refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted.
Digital Products Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.
By purchasing any digital product, including but not limited to templates, guides, workbooks, courses, downloads, resources, or other digital materials, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after purchase.
- Access to digital products is granted immediately upon payment.
- Because digital products cannot be returned, all purchases are non-refundable.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions and details before purchasing.
- By completing your purchase, you agree that you waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or cancellation for digital products received.

By purchasing any service or digital product from A Step In Digital Wealth, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy prior to completing your purchase.
